Arya Oceanside Residences planned in Pompano Beach

Aspire Real Estate Development has announced plans to build Arya Oceanside Residences, a 19-unit boutique condo at 336 Sunset Drive in Pompano Beach.

Designed by IDEA Architecture + Engineering, the contemporary-style project includes a rooftop garden with an outdoor kitchen; indoor and outdoor pools; a relaxation room; a fitness center; and a parking garage. Interiors by Steven G. designed the common areas.

Residences each have two bedrooms and a den, ranging from 1,450 to 1,657 square feet. They feature contemporary kitchens, quartz countertops, smart home packages, and wraparound balconies. Pricing starts at under $650,000.

The sales center is expected to open in December and The Keyes Company is the exclusive sales agent. Groundbreaking is scheduled for March.
